Our customers are assured of responsible and integrated management of their buildings, from design to maintenance.

Sustainable approach

With long-term experience in the field of energy performance, our projects prioritise sustainable technical installations such as solar panels, cogeneration units, heat pumps or connection to an urban heating network... In strict compliance with environmental and energy efficiency standards, we guarantee you a customised service that supports your institution or your authority in its transition towards a low-carbon world. Thanks to our building management systems (BMS), we also enable you to optimise the energy performance of all your assets via a unique interface.

Maintenance and facility services

Monitor the smooth operation of your equipment 24/7. This may include pulsation units for heating and ventilation, electrical installations, lifts or lighting points, etc. Yet another task you can entrust to Equans! European institutions, penitentiaries, judicial or administrative buildings... As part of an Integrated Facility Management contract, our teams can maintain your technical installations while offering you a series of facility services such as cleaning, green space management, catering, etc.

Security solutions

In a public building, the safety of staff and citizens is vital. Intrusion detection systems, fixed and mobile video surveillance equipment, electric door closure devices, peripheral devices and wiring (coaxial, fibre optic), intercoms and videophones... Equans transforms your building in to a secure and connected space. On request, we equip your meeting rooms with audio-visual and multimedia solutions that offer your staff a free-flowing and ergonomic working environment.
