Design and (pre-)studies
However small or large your project, the EQUANS team of designers, engineers and design managers are at your service to propose efficient and innovative solutions, right from the conception of your project. Study, pre-study, POC, “as built” project… Assisted by our technical experts, our research office conceives, inspects and supervises your plans or implementation schedules.
For projects that are complex or involve numerous actors, we will make your life easy by combining all techniques in one 3-D modelling.
Our services
- Basic and detail engineering
- Feasibility study
- Compliance
- Follow-up
- “As built” project
Vision 360°
By asking EQUANS to design your installations, you benefit from significant internal expertise in all technical domains (electrical and mechanical engineering, heating, ventilation and climate control, cooling, security and fire protection, maintenance, energy optimisation and digitalisation).
Whatever your request we take a 360° view of all your installations.
Our objective? To offer a result that is both functional and technically feasible, and respects your deadlines, budgets, the relevant legislation and required quality standards.
DBFM(O) projects: predict maintenance right from conception
As part of a DBFM(O) contract (Design - Build - Finance - Maintain - Operate), we design your installations and commit to results in the long term. From conception to maintenance, we take charge of the entire value chain of your project. Our added value? Guaranteeing you the required performance by integrating every aspect of management and maintenance, right from the design phase. Depending on your needs, we work with our broad range of technical specialists to ensure the sustainability, quality and availability of your equipment.
BIM: evaluating the building before it is built
How should you portray the contours of your new installations, manage your costs and facilitate collaboration between different parties?
To help you in realising your complex buildings or infrastructures, EQUANS’ expertise in BIM (Building Information Modelling) is at your service. Based on a 3-D model, BIM allows you to switch between different operating systems (not only the technical part).
The outcome? Before the first stone is laid, the project is already partly “finished” thanks to its digital persona! After completion, the model also allows you to optimise maintenance operations, guarantee the follow-up and management of your technical installations and anticipate your future renovations or repairs.
The benefits of BIM?
- Centralisation of all data relating to the building or infrastructure
- Energy savings
- Improving global performance
- Better risk management
- Reduction in the total cost across your project lifecycle
