Health & safety: PRO ZERO
The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and the communities in which we operate are our highest priority. We are PRO ZERO. This is our motto and the cornerstone of our safety culture. We firmly believe that zero accidents is both an achievable and essential objective. Every day, we are committed to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for everyone. We identify risks at an early stage, implement preventive measures and foster a strong safety culture on every project site, within every installation and across all operational environments.
Our approach includes:

- Clear safety procedures and operational guidelines

Environmental management & sustainability
As part of our commitment to environmental protection, we operate an environmental management system that complies with the ISO 14001 standard. This framework supports us in managing our environmental impact and achieving measurable improvements.
Each year, we establish objectives and action plans covering topics such as:
- Reducing waste streams and promoting reuse and recycling
- Responsible use of raw materials, energy and water
- Managing the use and storage of chemical products
- Preventing soil, water and air pollution
- Reducing emissions and supporting the energy transition
- Preparing for and managing environmental incidents
- Raising awareness and providing training for employees and partners
